One event = one inference call logged through our SDK. This includes the prompt, response, and all metadata. Classification runs automatically and is included in the event cost.

What happens if I exceed my event limit?

On Starter, you'll hit a hard cap and need to upgrade. On Growth and Pro, overage events are billed at the listed rate. We'll alert you at 50%, 80%, and 100% usage.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts required.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes! Growth and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. You'll enter payment details at signup but won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
