What counts as an "event"?

One event = one inference call logged through our SDK. This includes the prompt, response, and all metadata. Classification runs automatically and is included in the event cost.

What happens if I exceed my event limit?

During your 3-day trial you get full Pro limits. On Growth and Pro, overage events are billed at the listed rate. We'll alert you at 50%, 80%, and 100% usage.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts required.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account gets 3 days of full Pro access, no card required to start. Subscribe before the trial ends to keep ingesting events; otherwise the workspace becomes read-only and waits for you. There is no permanent free tier.

Why no permanent free plan?

Every event we classify costs us in model-API tokens, even small ones. A permanent free tier turned into a steady drain — including from accounts that never converted. The 3-day trial is enough time to wire up the SDK, see real findings on real traffic, and decide whether to subscribe. If you're a non-profit or pre-seed startup, talk to us — we have a discount path that's much better than a free tier ever was.
